Founder - Mohan Srinivasan

Mohan is a Founder of NthDimenzion Solutions (P) Limited, and is responsible for the overall strategic growth of the organization. Mohan has 20 years of international experience in manufacturing and consulting with companies like HAL, Kirloskar, and Satyam. His focus has been on practice building, consulting and operations management.

Prior to NthDimenzion, Mohan was with Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a Sr Vice- President in the Consulting & Enterprise Solutions group.He headed the Business Consulting Group comprising of Supply Chain management, Supplier Relationship management, Product Lifecycle management, Customer Relationship management, Global Logistics, Process Consulting and QPrime practices in Satyam.

Born in Bangalore, Mohan is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and a Management Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. He resides with his wife and two children and spends his leisure time solving puzzles, sudoku and, mastering Vedic Mathematics. He is an avid movie and sports buff.

His latest craze is recapturing our lost culture through learning Sanskrit and Vedas and bringing in innovations using the teachings expounded in the Vedas.

Founder - Ramprasad Nagaraja

Ramprasad Nagaraja, is a Founder member of NthDimenzion Solutions (P) Limited, and is responsible for spear-heading NthDimenzion research activities in new technologies and leading the technical consulting services delivery group. Ram’s (as he is normally called) earlier assignments include software development, IT consulting, technical services, software architecting and project management.

Ram has more than 14 years of experience on areas such as enterprise integration, content and portal solutions, IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Consulting, Agile / RUP Delivery Methodologies, Service Oriented Architecture(SOA), Enterprise Service Bus(ESB), Web Services, and transactional Web.

Prior to NthDimenzion, Ram has worked with Satyam, IBM, Wipro and Infosys in various capacities He has been responsible for building core technical teams and architecting solutions for several complex enterprise applications using SOA and ESB best practices in different technologies.He has been the key architect in championing Agile Delivery Methodology in several global giants.

Born in Shimoga, Ram is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He resides with his wife and two children and spends his leisure time watching movies and sports
